BCCK Wins Best Business Centre Regional Award

12 November 2010 – The rainforest-themed, environmentally sustainable and world-class Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) project developed by a wholly-owned subsidiary of CMS, PPES Works (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd and designed by Arkitek KDI won the prestigious regional real estate MIPIM Asia Awards 2010 for Best Business Centre, for its architectural inspiration. The award was the first international recognition for both Main Market-listed conglomerate CMS and Arkitek KDI, and particularly significant as voting was carried out by the 1,900 real estate professionals from 42 countries attending MIPIM Asia 2010 in Hong Kong from 10 – 12 November 2010.
