CMS Q1 2011 PBT doubles

Thursday, 26 May 2011, Kuching – Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad’s group Profit Before Tax (PBT) doubled in the first quarter ended 31 March 2011 to RM43.10 million compared to RM21.35 million for the 3 months ended 31 March 2010. The higher contribution was registered by Construction Division as well helped by a gain on the acquisition of CMS Roads Sdn Bhd and CMS Pavement Tech Sdn Bhd of RM12.21 million.
