SEDC Premix Sdn Bhd, SEDC Premix (Miri) Sdn Bhd and SEDC Premix (Betong) Sdn Bhd’s products meet the specifications for road works (JKR/SPJ/1988) Addendum No. S-1 (Revision) which consist of furnishing, placing, shaping and compacting asphaltic concrete binder and wearing course on a prepared and accepted bituminous or bitumen primed pavement course.
The Companies’ products also meet the specification for Asphaltic Concrete for Airfield Runway MS: 1.131:1978 (MS535), prepared with references from the specification for the International Civil Aviation Organisation Standard. This standard deals with the composition, manufacture, design and testing, transporting and placing of Asphaltic concrete for Base and Wearing Course on the surfacing of heavy duty roads and airfields runways.

1. Cutback Bitumen
The cutback bitumen is homogenous and does not foam (as observed visually) when heated to application temperature. The various grades of Cutback Bitumen (medium curing type) conforms to the following requirements:

2. Cationic Bitumen Emulsion
